Refund Policy

Our Return Policy at The Living Company is designed to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We believe in providing a seamless and hassle-free experience for our valued customers. Here are the guidelines for returns and exchanges:

Initiating a Return: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange by contacting us via WhatsApp at 0301-1852852 (text or voice message only) or email at info@thelivingcompany.com. Our customer service team will assist you during our working hours from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Return & Exchange Period: You have 2 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any incorrect items, or if you simply decide that you do not like the item.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Customers are advised to package the item securely and include all original accessories and documentation. Please refrain from writing or taping on the original packaging.

Logistics Cost: Customers are responsible for the logistics cost associated with returning or exchanging items. Please ensure that the original box, and all accessories are included in the return package.

Return Process: Once the return parcel is shipped to The Living Company, customers are requested to share the dispatch receipt via WhatsApp and follow up after 4 days to confirm receipt at our fulfillment center. Upon receipt, please allow up to two (2) business days for us to inspect and process the return. Refunds will be credited to your account within four (4) business days. Please provide your complete bank account details for refund purposes.

Deduction of Charges:

A. A deduction for delivery charges will be applied to the refund amount, even for items with free delivery, as these charges are incurred by the courier service for all parcels.

B. If a returned parcel sustains damage during transit back to The Living Company, deductions from the refund amount will be made at the discretion of our team, taking into consideration the extent of the damage incurred.

Exclusions: Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, personalized items, sale items, or gift items. The Living Company reserves the right to reject exchange or return requests at its discretion.
